Oasis Interactive, LLC (OI) is donating the website described in Quote #974 pro bono as an "in-kind" donation of professional services. Client agrees to reimburse OI for all project-related expenses, including but not limited to software (WordPress plugins, theme), and royalty-free stock photography. Because this project is being provided by donation and the scope of work is significantly more than an average website the normal timeline of 60 days to launch does not apply. OI will make every effort to launch the finished site within 90 days of Contract Execution but this project will be completed as a secondary priority to paying clients.
